IB has Standard Level(SL) and Higher Level(HL) in their curriculum over a period of 2 years, HL being slightly difficult compared to SL. IB Physics is considered to be a tough one to digest for most of the students, whereas I believe the physics subject is the same everywhere, only a few of the international schools do not have  faculties with proper understanding of how those concepts are to be applied. I have been guiding IB students for physics since 8 years now, all of them have successfully joined internationally renowned universities all over the world.
